Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://only1realtalkmedia.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services. Real Talk Media provides Video Production Company, Film Production Company, Media Production Company, Event Videographer, Commercial Videographer, Corporate Video Production, Event Videography, Event Photography and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://only1realtalkmedia.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Real Talk Media or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Real Talk Media does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Damages. Real Talk Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Real Talk Media harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by VA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in VA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
